This past semester has been an enlightening and highly fun topsy-turvy ride... but not without hard work! My classes have been diverse, but not many. This was my first semester of college, and I'm looking forward to new horizons in my learning and increasing my class load. I'm ever grateful to the friends I made in my classes, especially Emily, Rachel, Kiara, and Nathan. Miss you guys.

Philosophy.Taught in an engaging lecture style, this class has been the catalyst to a lot of new and exciting schools of thought that were previously unknown to me. This class has taken the obscure philosopher's teaching from dusty texts, and made it exciting and visceral.

EconomicsThis class was difficult, but gratifying in its challenges. The Economic History of the United States is a complicated and multi-faceted topic, which connected a lot of dots concerning the history, and economics, of our country.

PublicationsBy far the funnest of my classes, I also learned the most, including the use of Adobe InDesign for the purpose of publishing. This class concluded with the publishing of the SLCC 2018 Community Anthology, to which I was an honored contributor and editor.

Critical thinking and Argumentation
My fourth and final class consisted of arguing for or against a variety of topics ranging from contract prisons to public lands in the state of Utah. I found this class to be more pertinent, if not taught through more of a legal lens. All in all, it was very interesting.
